Contemporary/ Luxury Dwelling- Horsley Park
This project showcases a modern luxury dwelling designed around space, natural light, and strong architectural presence. The home features a bold contemporary façade with a combination of rendered finishes, natural stone cladding, vertical timber-look screening, large glazed openings, and curved architectural elements, creating a high-end visual statement.
The design focuses on open-plan living, generous internal volumes and seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor areas. Large floor-to-ceiling glazing allows natural light to enter deep into the home, while also framing views toward the landscaped gardens, pool area and surrounding open space.
Internally, the dwelling includes a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area with a refined modern palette, feature lighting, high ceilings, a statement curved glass element, and a mezzanine-style upper level overlooking the main living space. The interior design balances clean architectural lines with warm natural textures to create a sophisticated yet comfortable family home.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living spaces form the heart of the home. The kitchen has been designed with a large central island, stone benchtops, contrasting cabinetry tones, and contemporary pendant lighting, delivering a functional and visually strong space that supports both everyday living and entertaining.
Externally, the residence is complemented by a resort-style pool, alfresco areas, landscaped gardens, feature trees, formal driveway entry, and secure front fencing. The overall design presents as a premium residential estate with strong street appeal and a lifestyle-focused layout.
Throughout the project, careful consideration was given to council requirements, including building height, setbacks, privacy, overshadowing, and site responsiveness. The design responds sensitively to the site’s scale and orientation, ensuring compliance while maximising internal amenity.
