Your unique link opens only the project shared with you. Internal Studio notes, invoices and financial records remain private. Anyone with the link can view the shared project, so keep it private.

Open Studio on your phone, tablet or computer. There is no app to install and no sign-in required. Your private link works on your phone, tablet or computer.

Receive your project link.
MDNB emails you a private link for your project. Select View your project in the email to open your progress and shared documents.

Open once. Bookmark for later.
Your link opens the project directly—no password or verification code. Bookmark it to return whenever you need. It stays available unless MDNB revokes it or changes the client email.

View and download your documents.
Select Documents on your project page. Choose View for a supported PDF or image, or Download to save any shared file to your device. You can also follow your current stage, checklist and updates.

Studio supports the relationship you have with Mark. It gives our updates a place to live and helps you come to each conversation informed. Questions, design decisions and approvals still deserve a direct conversation.
Shared progress is updated as work is recorded. Portal stages and target dates are not confirmation of council or certifier approval. Always confirm the current issued documents with Mark before using them for construction.
